Havoc, aka Spanish Boy, Javier, Javi Davi, Stink Face, or Tiny Baby Puppy, spites his main name on a daily basis. While he is an active fellow who adores his ball, he also loves taking care of litters of foster puppies.
His person says he is the sweetest, most gentle old soul who firmly believes he’s a lap dog.
When he isn't cuddling puppies or his person, he can be found snacking on bully sticks, sweet peppers or cheese; delightedly squeaking his Lamb Chop stuffies; or exploring the out of doors
