Penelope, also known as Penelope Pie, considers herself to be in charge of everyone. She indulges in her right to "diva" regularly, and points to the fact that she has a pizza named for her; therefore, she must be completely famous.
She airs her grievances by barking at the wind, and allows others to feed her snacks. Despite her princess persona, she is also a kindly soul, and feels she is actually just taking care of her family when she scolds them. She will snuggle up to her person, and rule over the rest from her comfy throne.
